The short version: we keep what we need to reply to you, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we keep your name, contact details and the event information you give us — so we can reply, quote and, if you book, turn up at the right lawn on the right day.
What we don’t do
No selling data, no marketing lists you didn’t ask for, no advertising trackers on this site. Enquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
Ask us any time what we hold about you, and we’ll show you, correct it, or delete it — email hola@faustinos.co.uk.
