Booking & payment
- 25% deposit holds your date — fully refundable for 14 days after paying.
- The balance is due 14 days before the event.
- Cancel more than 30 days out: everything back except the deposit. Within 30 days: we’ll always offer a date move first.
The weather policy
- Drizzle: we serve. The awning exists for a reason.
- Proper rain: we serve slower, closer together, and with more cariño.
- Weather that makes your event genuinely impossible (as agreed between us): move the date once, free, within 12 months.
On site
- You provide a flat, accessible spot roughly two car-lengths long. We carry our own power and water.
- We arrive about an hour before service and leave the pitch as we found it.
- Public liability insurance and food hygiene certificates are supplied with every booking confirmation.
