Either a fixed hire (we serve free ice cream to your guests, you pay one bill) or a pitch fee (guests pay per scoop). Most weddings choose fixed hire; most fairs choose pitch.

25% to hold the date, refundable for 14 days. The rest is due two weeks before the event.

A flat spot roughly the size of two parked cars, with a clear approach. Grass is fine if it’s dry — we’re light, but we are three-wheeled.

Comfortably 60–80 an hour from the hatch. For 200+ we’ll suggest serving windows or pre-scooped tubs so the queue stays happy.

Standard bookings are 2–4 hours of service plus setup either side. Longer by arrangement — we have string lights and no curfew.

Public liability insurance and Level 2 food hygiene. Organisers: we’ll send documents with the booking confirmation — venues love us for our paperwork almost as much as the pistachio.
