Faustino’s is a family thing. Long before the van, there were summer evenings in our grandfather’s town — azulejo tiles warm underfoot, the paseo drifting by, and helado eaten slowly, because nobody was in a hurry.
We’re Spanish, and we wanted to bring that feeling with us: the sun, the tiles, the cariño. So we put it all on three wheels.

A flat parking spot roughly the size of two cars. The Ape carries her own power, so no cables, no fuss.
Comfortably 60–80 an hour. For bigger crowds we’ll suggest timings so nobody melts in a queue.
This is Britain; we’ve met rain. The awning helps, flexible timings help more, and our weather policy is written in plain English.
